Job Details Description:
Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager. Primary responsibility is to assist our customers and insure that all customers receive outstanding customer service. Train, lead and motivate fellow employees. Assists in daily operation of retail store, selling, stocking, freight receiving, opening and closing procedures. Follows Company Policies and Procedures. After 60 days eligible for Company paid health and life insurance, employee discount and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisory experience, effective people skills, excel in leading and directing. Farm or ranch background is helpful. Basic computer and office equipment skills. Maintain strong communications between Store Manager, corporate office and employees. Outgoing, positive personality.
